Enzo hails from Motilal Padampat Udyog Pvt. Ltd. (MPU Group), a family enterprise founded in 1932 with a long-standing presence across industries including sugar, steel and retail, with two decades of successful mall ownership and management.

Its real estate arm, Ritu Housing, has delivered extensive residential developments in India with a proven record of on-time completion. This legacy of disciplined growth and a zero-debt financial base provides the foundation for Enzo’s boutique and forward-focused developments.

Avyay Jhunjhunwala

Founder & Managing Director

Avyay Jhunjhunwala is the Founder and Managing Director of Enzo, and a fifth-generation member of the MPU Group. Educated at The Doon School, USC, Kellogg School of Management and London Business School, he brings a globally informed perspective built on experience across India, Europe and the United States. Prior to founding Enzo, he delivered over 11 million square feet of residential development in India, with additional experience at Citigroup and CBRE. At Enzo, he operates on a simple philosophy: one project at a time, executed with precision, integrity and discipline.
